Voting is so important to how this country operates that the U.S. Constitution was amended four times to ensure every vote is represented. In addition to the Civil Rights Act, Congress passed six significant voting acts to protect everyone’s vote by making voting accessible to the handicapped and elderly to empowering military and other overseas workers.
The bottom line is that it is your right and duty to vote.
If you did not vote early or by absentee/mail-in ballot, go to your polling location and vote.
Do not let anyone stop you or intimidate you. VOTE!

Voting in NJ is an exercise in futility. Political machines control the state. Our Presidential primary is in June after everything is decided. The state does anything it can to make the ballot box unimportant.
Republicans are no better than Democrats. The state GOP is controlled by people with old money like Former Governor Christine Todd Whitman.
Finally, the voters are stupid. I have given up on voting in NJ. My family knows I will never vote in NJ again. If anybody wants me to vote again, it will have to be in another state.
Topics like voting and the ANA make me grumpy old man.
Sincerely
Bob Graul
New Jersey approved the measure making recreational marijuana legal. It’s just another way to celebrate or drown your sorrows in Jersey!!
Using recreational marijuana makes no sense to me. For over 50 years, we’ve heard of the dangers of using tobacco. Vaping is dangerous. Why do we need marijuana? Do people think this is good for their health?
